yea it's kinda sickening to see people of a certain race just hiring their own; however, it's not going to keep me from my goals. ALL WE have to remember is WE started without these other people and WE will end without these other people. We should get our hussle on, and totally avoid the corporate ladder, which doesn't even exist anymore.
